Returns

Refunds are only issued if the product is faulty. Please note that you are able to exchange.

Personalized items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once the faulty item has been inspected we will contact you regarding the refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange something ie for a different size please return the item via recorded delivery and then purchase the replacement as usual through the website. Once the new order has been placed the original amount will be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should post your product to: LALA'S BOUTIQUE Heathlands Road, Wokingham RG40 3AW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
